COERVER DEVELOPMENT UNIT (CDU)
The Development Unit is a program designed for beginner/grassroots players, ages 7-12.
An individual skill acquisition program. Implementing the Coerver Pyramid of player development through best practice and fun challenges.
Includes Ball Mastery, receiving & passing, speed & agility, finishing and small group play.
8 x 1hr sessions per term.
8-16 players per coach
